Acceptance and changes

Your use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase, sell, or initiate a buyback transaction with us. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products, pricing, and inventory

Inventory and pricing are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Listed availability is not a guarantee of stock; we may decline or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or items that become unavailable.

Account responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at concierge@cornerusa.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Instagram messaging

When you DM @cornerbeverlyhills on Instagram, your messages are processed by our internal customer-service tool (“Corner USA Messaging AI”) so our staff can respond efficiently. We process this data under our Privacy Policy — please review it. You may opt out of automated classification at any time by emailing privacy@cornerusa.com; you will still be able to message us, and our staff will respond manually.

Intellectual property

All site content — including text, images, logos, product photography, and editorial — is owned by Corner Harajuku LLC or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Authentication opinions, product condition descriptions, and historical-pricing context published on the site reflect our good-faith professional judgment based on the information available to us. They are not guarantees of resale value or future market performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising from or related to your use of the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid Corner USA for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corner Harajuku LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
