How do you authenticate it?

Our authentication process combines physical inspection (measurements, weight, marker marks), reference comparison against our internal database of 15+ years of production records, and cross-check by team members with collective decades of experience handling these specific brands.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes — CORNER Beverly Hills at 479 N Rodeo Drive, Suite 103. By appointment for personal shopping and authentication. Six locations in Japan also serve our broader inventory and clientele.

The store doesn't have what I want — can you help me find it?

Yes. Use the Sourcing form on our Wishlist page. Describe what you're looking for and we'll search our network. We typically respond within 48 hours with options and timelines.

How is purity defined?

For Chrome Hearts and Goro's pieces, we report metal composition (sterling silver, 22k gold, etc.) on every certificate. Where assays differ from declared composition, we note the discrepancy and document the testing method.
