Authentication services cover Chrome Hearts and Goro’s pieces. Adjacent niche brands are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.
Methodology
Each piece undergoes physical inspection (measurements, weight, marker marks), reference comparison against our internal database, and a final cross-check by team members with experience handling the specific brand.
Certificates
Certificates document the authentication date, item description, measurements, marker marks, and reference notes. Each certificate has a unique reference number stored in our database for future verification.
Limitations
Authentication is based on the best information and tools available at the time of evaluation. If new information emerges that changes our verdict, we update our records and notify the certificate holder.
Standing behind a piece we sold
If a piece we sold is later determined to be inauthentic, we make the buyer whole — full refund of the purchase price plus reasonable damages. Claims must include the original certificate and be made within 12 months of purchase.
