Insured shipping within the United States

We ship using USPS Registered Mail, the most secure service the postal system offers. Your parcel is signed for at every transfer of custody and is insured for its full declared value.

Orders above $50,000 are arranged individually, as they exceed the maximum insurable value for Registered Mail. Please contact us and we will make arrangements with you directly; in-store collection is usually the best option.

Delivery times

Registered Mail is deliberately slower than ordinary post, because every parcel is hand-signed through each step of its journey. That is precisely what makes it secure. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after dispatch within the continental United States.

A signature is always required

Every shipment must be signed for on delivery. We cannot authorise a parcel to be left unattended, and we are unable to ship to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

High-value orders

For orders of approximately $5,000 or more we may telephone you to confirm the order and verify the name on the card before dispatch. This is standard practice in luxury resale and protects both you and us.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like a particular piece, please contact us.
