Above $10,000 we arrange delivery personally rather than leaving it to a rate at checkout. Select White-Glove Delivery — there is no charge for it — and we will contact you to agree the carrier, the insurance cover and the delivery window before your piece leaves the store. In-store collection is often the best option at this level, and you are welcome to choose it instead.

A signature is always required

Every shipment must be signed for on delivery. We cannot authorise a parcel to be left unattended, and we are unable to ship to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

High-value orders

For orders of approximately $5,000 or more we may telephone you to confirm the order and verify the name on the card before dispatch. This is standard practice in luxury resale and protects both you and us.
