Decided to stop by for my first Chrome Hearts piece. Everyone in the store was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and easy to talk to. They took the time to help me narrow down my decision between a wallet and a ring, and I ended up going with the ring. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Daniel and the team for making my first Chrome Hearts purchase such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Super super friend staff!! Junaea helped us out she is super helpful and knowledgeable on chrome hearts.

I had a great experience thanks to Kang Min and the rest of the staff. Kang Min was professional, friendly, and very understanding throughout the entire process. The other workers were also welcoming, respectful, and always willing to help. I especially appreciated how reasonable and accommodating they were when addressing my questions and concerns. Their excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable, and I would highly recommend them.
